Christmas can be a tough time to balance our bank balances against the desire (and pressure?) to spend out in order to enjoy this special time of year. But, how do we do that well and in a way that cultivates peace not pressure?

Alison shares with us some top tips on how you can better plan and prepare for the Christmas season - whether at home, in the office or with family.
